Ottershaw Sweater

Ottershaw Sweater

£7.00

This crochet pattern is a wonderful, simple cable design for a pullover sweater. It features three cables down the center of the sweater, and one down each sleeve. A practical, and simple sweater that works on both men and women. So named for the place where Peter grew up, since he was the first one I made this sweater for. This pattern features a full photo tutorial with size options for S M, L, XL

Difficulty Level: Intermediate

Materials:
Yarn: For the pattern pictured I used Sheepaca Yarn in Shacklewell Grey from Wool and the Gang.
If you want your cables to really show up I would actually use a solid color yarn instead of a speckled one. I used 7 skeins for a medium

Weight category: DK, or light worsted (14 wpi)
This pattern also works with worsted weight yarn

Length: 1,530 – 2,040 yards , or 1,398 - 1,900 meters
Hook: I used 5.5 mm or I-9 hook, though 4.5 or 5 mm will also look good – just keep to measurements! (I would advise against going bigger with this weight yarn)
